The HM-TOC online total organic carbon (TOC) analyzer is a high-performance water quality testing device. Utilizing the UV persulfate oxidation-NDIR detection principle, it can accurately detect multiple indicators such as TC, ICTOC, and NPOC, with a detection accuracy of 0.001 mg/L and a measurement range covering 0.001-100.0 mg/L, balancing high sensitivity with a wide measurement range. The device is equipped with a high-reflectivity gold-plated gas chamber, a high-focus infrared light source, and a high-sensitivity detector, ensuring the stability of NDIR detection. A precision electromagnetic metering pump ensures accurate and stable sample injection, enabling reliable measurement even of minute data at the ppb level. Furthermore, its range drift is ≤±2%, accuracy error ≤±5%, and zero-point drift ≤±2%/D, demonstrating stable and reliable performance. The cabinet dimensions are 480mm×470mm×1150mm, making it suitable for online deployment in various industrial and environmental monitoring scenarios.
