Our Salt Spray Testing Chamber offers exceptional versatility and precision to meet diverse testing needs. With an inner chamber dimension of 600×450×400mm and an outer cabinet dimension of 1060×650×990mm, it delivers ample space for sample testing. Its robust design ensures reliability, making it suitable for a wide range of industries.

Optimal Environmental Control

The chamber provides a temperature range from ambient temp +10℃ to 55℃ and maintains humidity levels of ≥93% RH. With temperature uniformity of ±2℃ and fluctuation limited to ±0.5℃, it ensures consistent and reliable results. Salt spray precipitation volume ranges from 1 to 3ml / 80cm², offering precision unmatched by comparable equipment.

Versatile Testing Methods & Accessibility

Experience flexibility with multiple salt spray test types, including Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS), Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test (ASS), Salt Spray Test (SS), and Copper Accelerated Acetic Salt Spray Test (CASS). Additional test methods are available upon prior consultation. The two-layer specimen rack supports test samples tilted at 15° to 30°, optimizing exposure and ensuring accurate evaluations.
